Raissa Di Caterina is a mental health counselor who provides therapy for teens, young adults, and adults.
She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Raissa is especially passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported
as they work through difficult experiences. Raissa works via telehealth offering services to clients residing
in New York State.

Qualifications & Areas of Practice
Raissa holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and her clinical experience includes
extensive work with survivors of human trafficking, which has shaped her strong foundation in trauma-informed
and strengths-based care. This background informs her ability to support clients with sensitivity, respect, and
a deep appreciation for the resilience individuals carry.

Raissa incorporates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), using these modalities to help clients process past experiences, reduce distress, and build healthier patterns moving forward.
