Approach to Therapy
Christina's approach to therapy is integrative, combining evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, and person-centered therapy, along with a strong foundation in human sexuality and relational work. This approach supports clients in working through both current challenges and the deeper patterns that may be contributing to distress.

Christina understands that seeking therapy—especially for the first time—can feel overwhelming or intimidating. She creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring sensitive topics, including intimacy, relationship issues, and personal struggles. Her style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on helping clients feel both understood and empowered.
In therapy, Christina works with clients to build insight, process difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies that can be used in everyday life. Together, you will develop a personalized approach to navigating challenges, deepening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
